Longstocking Brewery
Australian Weisse – Based on German Heferweisen and with a change of yeast gives a broadly appealing taste. Local Ironbark honey and Oaklands oranges, ideal for a hot summers day.
Session IPA – Slightly lighter in alcohol than a traditional IPA. Brewed with Bemboka Ryefield hops. A true hybrid of American IPA and a new world Australian IPA. Finished with Australian galaxy and Ella hops for a tropical/fruity aromas.
Harvest 2019 – Lemon Myrtle, Earl Grey IPA
Ginger Beer – This delightful refreshing favourite doesn’t hold back on flavour. The first mouthful has a distinct punch of real ginger, just like the traditional, only better! (GF)
