Tidal Restaurant, recent winner of Best Seafood Restaurant - regional NSW (and national finalists) are delighted to present their “Seafood Extravaganza”  showcasing some of our region’s best produce.    Chef Gavin’s Tasting Menu  will feature a selection of local oysters, squid,. Narooma lobster, sea urchin and kingfish AND dessert courses as well !!  Tidal will introduce local oyster farmer Banjo, and Ryan Morris, a second generation abalone diver from ATSSU Divers (providers of abalone, urchin and turbine to the best restaurants) who will share their insights into this very challenging industry, which should make for a very interesting and informative evening.
