Wheeler’s, in collaboration with Merimbula EAT Festival, presents the first series of EAT Local Long Table events. An authentic and insightful dining experience with a degustation menu thoughtfully prepared by Wheeler’s chefs to hero the produce of our surrounding regions – and the people who produce it. Your meal is shared with the farmers, winemakers and brewers themselves as each course is accompanied by conversation revealing the story behind what’s on the table, and your glass.
