Cheeky Mango Catering
Gourmet tacos. Pulled pork coriander & lime slaw with chipotle mayo Slow cooked barbecued hickory beef, caramelised onion & aioli. Marinated snapper with pineapple mint chilli & coriander salsa. All meat sourced from Bombala & Bemboka in the Bega Valley.
Eden BBQ pepper squid with Wheatley Lane nori milk bun, cucumber & fennel pickle with red miso kewpie.
Mocktail – Cheeky Peach – local peach coulis, ginger beer, lemon, lime & mint.
Home Made Ice-Cream GF
Locally made ice cream using fresh local ingredients including berries, nuts & honey, served in an individual recyclable tub.
Kingfish ceviche, cured in lime juice with avocado, tomato, Spanish onion, red capsicum and coriander. Served with corn chips and baby cos.
Miso butterscotch lamb ribs with pickles, ginger brûlée tarts and Kiah tank kombucha.
