A signature event of the annual EAT Festival, Toast's Small Batch Dinner offers an intimate experience with produce from our ever-expanding South Coast community. The dishes express a unique sense of place and seasonality through the thoughtful selection of ingredients, combination of flavours, and the stories that go along with it all.
Expect to discover locally reared lamb, Pambula's Nine Circles Gin, Milford Acres yuzucello, South Coast Sea Urchins, South Coast Fish (fresh-off-the-boat), Bemboka's Ryefield Hops, Tilba Dairy and an array of market garden produce on this culinary adventure. Option to add fresh-shucked Pambula Lake oysters on arrival.
